President Todd King called the meeting to order at 1:05 P.M.  101 members and guests were present.  Todd called for the introduction of Past Presidents, Gold Card Members, Associate Members, current Officers, Committee Chairs, Board and guests.

TREASURER'S REPORT - There was no treasurer's report due to lack of bank statement

RALPH VORIS COMMUNITY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AWARD. The winner will receive a $300.00 scholarship to attend the Great Lakes Park Training Institute.

2008 PRESIDENT'S AWARD:

Todd King announced the results of the elections.  This year's officers and board are:

Keith Neitzke took over at this time.  Keith then presented Todd with a plaque of appreciation. 

Marv announced that there would be a social in conjunction with the PNRMS meeting at state conference on Thursday Jan 24 around 6:00.  This will be held in Keith's suite.

The fundraiser was held and the meeting was adjourned at 1:28 P.M
