President Keith Neitzke called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M.  102 members and guests were present.  Keith called for the introduction of Past Presidents, Gold Card Members, Associate Members, Current Officers, Committee Chairs, Board and guests.

TREASURER'S REPORT - Report for December was approved.

John announced the

John announced the winner of the
RALPH VORIS COMMUNITY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AWARD. The winner will receive a $300.00 scholarship to attend the Great Lakes Park Training Institute.

Keith announced the is selection for the
2009 PRESIDENT'S AWARD:

Keith Neitzke announced the results of the elections.  This year's officers and board are:

John Barrett took over at this time.  John then presented Keith with a plaque of appreciation. 

Marv announced that there would be a social in conjunction with the PNRMS meeting at state conference on Thursday around 6:00.  This will be held in John's suite.

The fundraiser was held.
