Meeting Minutes: November 10, 2011

LOCATION:	Geneva Park District

PROGRAM:	The program was a presentation and tour of community center.

BUSINESS MEETING	John Gacki called the meeting to order at 12:40 PM. 72 members and guests were present. John thanked Larry Gabriel and the Geneva staff for hosting and presenting the meeting.

TREASURER'S REPORT:	Treasurers report was approved

COMMITTEE REPORTS:	1^st Readings: Kenneth Rochau Desplaines Doug Dohlen Desplaines Mark Baum R.C. Wegman Construction Golf- Jim Eby thanked everyone for their support at September outing and asked member districts to submit their course for 2012. Program - Millrose for Holiday luncheon on Thursday Dec 8th Nomination – Jesse Felix was nominated for board director

OLD BUSINESS:	Marv thanked Jenny Knitter for taking registration at October meeting and thanked Terry Wolf for picking up lunches.

NEW BUSINESS:	None
